Mark S. Gold, Esq., founder of The Ticket Clinic, and The DUI Task Force since 1987, has experience in the defense of traffic offenses, suspended license and DUI. He has defended thousands of DUI cases. Mr. Gold has been featured on The Today Show, Action News, WFTL and WIOD radio, The Miami Herald, the Sun Sentinel and CITILink Magazine. He was appointed to the Traffic Court Rules Committee by The Florida Bar. Twenty years ago, The Miami Herald said: “Gold…doesn’t have a magic wand. What he does have is a battery of defenses aimed at breaking down the government’s case. Gold is a master of traffic technicalities.”
Ted L. Hollander, Esq., since 1997 has dedicated his legal career to protect those who have been charged with offenses ranging from traffic matters, DUI and other serious criminal cases. After graduating law school from The University of Memphis in 1997 (undergraduate degree from Florida State University, 1993), Mr. Hollander began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County, Florida. While there, he was recognized as the attorney with the most trial verdicts, in an office with more than 100 lawyers. To date, he has completed more than 150 jury trials to verdict. Featured on The Today Show (NBC National), FOX, ABC, CBS, multiple radio stations, and numerous newspapers throughout Florida, Mr. Hollander is often the “go-to” person when the media needs a professional opinion on an important legal topic. As a past vice-chair of the Florida Rules of Traffic Court, Mr. Hollander has been instrumental in the creation/amendments to the Florida traffic rules, the rules that govern the way in which traffic court is managed in Florida. Mr. Hollander has been a lead opponent to the Red Light Camera program in Florida, and some of his cases have reached the Florida Supreme Court. Mr. Hollander currently practices as a traffic ticket attorney in our Palm Beach office, handling cases throughout Florida.
Eric M. Beller, is a retired Broward County Judge and former General Magistrate who joined The Ticket Clinic as our CFO in 2016. He brings a wealth of experience in traffic and other areas of the law. As a Judge, he presided over thousands of traffic and traffic criminal cases. Prior to being elected Judge in 2003, Mr Beller was a successful trial lawyer.
Robert Azcano, Esq. – Partner at The Ticket Clinic, has been practicing in the area of DUI and traffic defense since 2001. He earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Central Florida in 1997. Has been a featured lecturer at UCF on topics dealing with DUI and License Suspension. To date, he has handled over 100,000 traffic infractions as a traffic ticket attorney, and 1000 DUIs. Mr. Azcano routinely appears on Fox and ABC news for legal analysis regarding red light Cameras, new traffic issues, and DUI enforcement. He also participates as a subject and teaches new police officers during their 24 hour Field Sobriety Class on proper procedures and the law.
Jeff Reynolds, Esq., who practices in our Tampa office, obtained his JD degree from Mercer University, after graduating college at the University of Georgia. After graduating law school, Mr. Reynolds began his legal career at the State Attorney’s office, in Hillsborough County. As a prosecutor, Mr. Reynolds handled well over a thousand traffic and misdemeanor cases, focusing mainly on the offense of DUI. Since joining The Ticket Clinic, a law firm Mr. Reynolds has continued his practice of the defense of DUI and all other traffic related crimes.
Stephen P. Smith. Esq. is a graduate of Florida State University College of Law and is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Georgia. He has dedicated his professional career to traffic and criminal defense with experience in over 125 jury trials ranging from D.U.I. to first degree murder. Mr. Smith has gained valuable insight for his clients with experience as a former prosecutor and police officer. Having been certified in the radar/laser instruments, field sobriety exercises, D.U.I. breath technician and D.U.I. agency inspection, he is known by his peers to offer his clients knowledgeable and aggressive defenses. Mr. Smith is proficient in Spanish after studying abroad in South America. He is honored to have been appointed by the Florida Bar to serve as a board member for the Grievance Committee and currently for Florida Legal Services, Inc. Additionally, Mr. Smith serves his community as President Elect for Rotary and has been selected to lecture for more than 2000 hours on legal issues and civil rights.
Joel L. Mumford, Esq., began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County Florida. There, he handled more than 1400 criminal cases. These cases primarily dealt with issues relating to DUI, traffic and drug cases. Next, Mr. Mumford became lead trial counsel for The Ticket Clinic, in Kissimmee, FL. After approximately 4 years, Mr. Mumford received the distinguished honor of being appointed as The Chief Public Defender in his home county. While there, Mr. Mumford supervised the entire staff and office, including all Assistant Public Defenders in the county. While working as Chief PD, Mr. Mumford worked on many types of criminal cases ranging from DUI to Murder. After accomplishing his intended goals there, Mr. Mumford returned to The Ticket Clinic, to become lead trial counsel in our West Palm Beach office.
Cory Hauser, Esq., obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami in 1996 and his JD degree from Nova University in 1999. Initially, Mr. Hauser worked as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, working on DUI/Misdemeanor and Felony cases. Next, Mr. Hauser was employed as corporate counsel for a financial services company in Florida. Since 2010, Mr. Hauser has worked for The Ticket Clinic, handling traffic, DUI and other criminal matters in Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Daniel A. Gonzalez, Esq., earned his law degree from Florida International University in 2009. After graduating, Mr. Gonzalez worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County, having handled thousands of criminal cases. These cases included juveniles charged with misdemeanors and felonies, criminal traffic offenses, adults charged with misdemeanors and first, second, and third degree felonies, violations of probation, minimum mandatory charges and life felonies. Mr. Gonzalez has handled over 60 jury and non-jury trials and countless motions and hearings. Mr. Gonzalez is counsel for criminal cases in the firm’s Miami office and is fluent in Spanish.
Glenn A. Reid, Esq., has over 18 years of experience in the practice of criminal law. He began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in 2002 and handled thousands of criminal cases ranging from DUI to Homicide. Mr. Reid has spent almost 15 years serving clients as a private criminal defense attorney handling everything from speeding tickets to serious felonies. He has completed over 125 jury trials for criminal charges including DUI, Drug Trafficking and First Degree Murder. Mr. Reid is proud to serve as the lead criminal trial attorney in the Kissimmee office, serving clients in Osceola, Polk and Desoto counties.
Dennis Ramsey received his bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University and his Juris Doctorate from The University of Florida School of Law in 1985. After graduating, Mr. Ramsey practiced criminal law as an Assistant State Attorney in the 5th Circuit of Florida, from 1985-1987. In addition to being a licensed attorney in Florida, Mr. Ramsey is also licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada. During his legal career, he has handled thousands of traffic/criminal/DUI cases and approximately 2500 civil cases as well. Mr. Ramsey practices in The Ticket Clinic’s Gainesville office, handling cases in numerous counties surrounding the Gainesville area.
Garrett Muscato, Esq. received his Bachelor’s Degree in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from Western Illinois University in 2009. In 2012, he graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law with his Juris Doctorate. Mr. Muscato then began his career as a Criminal Defense attorney with a focus on DUI defense. In 2014, he became and Assistant State Attorney in Lake County. Over the next five years, Mr. Muscato prosecuted crimes ranging from 2nd Degree Misdemeanors to Felonies punishable by life in prison. With his experience in prosecution, Mr. Muscato brings valuable insight from both sides of any criminal case. In his downtime, he loves nothing more than spending time with his wife and children.
Benjamin J Baxter, Esq. earned his law degree from Michigan State University. After graduating, he began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Brevard County and Palm Beach County. As an Assistant State Attorney, he supervised and trained county court attorneys, made filing decisions on DUI cases, wrote appellate briefs on behalf of the State Attorney’s office, and handled DUI, Misdemeanor, and Felony cases. After leaving the State Attorney’s office, Mr. Baxter joined the largest civil litigation firm in the state of Florida as a trial attorney in its Construction Litigation division. Mr. Baxter is the lead trial attorney for the Ticket Clinic in Broward County.
Jackson Todd, Esq. graduated from the Virginia Military Institute in 2006 and then served as a uniformed law enforcement officer. While employed in law enforcement, he was recognized as a state-wide leader in public safety efforts with the Maryland State Police. After his law enforcement career, Mr. Todd attended Florida Coastal School of Law, and was a member of the number one, nationally ranked, Moot Court Honor Board. Mr. Todd handles traffic and criminal cases in SW Florida, and works in The Ticket Clinic’s Fort Myers office.
Chris Outlaw, Esq. served in the U.S. Army as a commissioned officer for ten years, where he held multiple positions including Military Police company commander and Military Police training officer. He attended the College of William & Mary, Fort Valley State University, and graduated from Florida A&M College of Law in 2010. As an Assistant State Attorney for Lake County, he prosecuted thousands of criminal traffic, misdemeanor, and felony cases. Now, Mr. Outlaw brings his experience from countless hours invested into law enforcement, criminal litigation, and trial practice to defend our clients in the Orlando area.
William R. “Bill” Ezzell, Esq. is a 2002 graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, and has served as a criminal trial and appellate attorney with two State Attorney’s Offices, the State of Florida Office of Regional Counsel, and now in private practice for the past 19+ years.
In 2009, he was honored by the Gainesville Child Advocacy Center with their annual award for “Excellence in Service to Children,” and from 2005 through 2010 Mr. Ezzell served as an adjunct professor of law at both the University of Florida and Florida Coastal Schools of Law. In 2015 Mr. Ezzell completed a Master’s degree in History from the University of Florida, focusing on criminal justice, and his written legal research works have been published in national law reviews three times. As a trial attorney, Mr. Ezzell has had the opportunity to handle every type and level of criminal litigation, and has personally handled over 140 jury trials. Mr. Ezzell leads the criminal practice in our Gainesville office, practicing primarily in Alachua, Marion, Columbia and Gilchrist counties.
Andrew McGann, Esq. is originally from San Clemente, CA. He graduated from Chico State in 2012 and received his law degree from Ave Maria in 2016. While at Ave Maria, Andrew set the record for most pro bono hours volunteered with 1,984 total hours. He began his legal career at the Collier County Public Defender’s Office where he handled over 2,500 cases in just three years. Andrew’s strategic approach allowed him to win a majority of his 47 jury trials. Andrew handles the criminal cases in Charlotte, Collier and Lee counties.
Zachary Corral, Esq. is a fourth generation native of the Tampa area. Since becoming an attorney, he has focused his criminal practice of law mainly in the Tampa area. After law school, Mr. Corral dedicated his career, by defending those charged with criminal and traffic allegations. As a previous Public Defender and also working in private practice, he has successfully tried dozens of jury trials to verdict and numerous non-jury trials to verdict as well. Mr. Corral defends Ticket Clinic clients in our Tampa office.
Richard A. Alexander, Esq. graduated from The University of South Florida in 1993, where he majored in History. In 1996, he became a graduate of the Mercer School of Law, in Macon, Georgia. Upon graduation, he became an Assistant State Attorney in and for the 6th Judicial Circuit, encompassing Pinellas and Pasco Counties, where he prosecuted cases ranging from criminal traffic, domestic violence, juvenile and felonies. In 2001, he went into private practice as an associate with the law firm of Frazer, Hubbard, Brandt & Trask, in Dunedin, Florida, practicing civil and criminal law, with an emphasis in municipality law. In 2004, he opened his own practice concentrating on criminal defense and personal injury. He has conducted over 100 trials, argued hundreds of motions, scores of evidentiary hearings, to include the preparation and testimony of law enforcement officers, victims, and civilian witnesses. In 2020, he accepted a position as an associate at The Ticket Clinic, Tampa. He has been a featured seminar speaker in DUI Law, has had numerous law-related articles published, and radio contributor providing legal analysis on The Consumer Quarterback Show. An educator since 2001 and currently an adjunct professor at Everglades University, specializing in Ethics, Contracts and Business Law.
