According to The Ticket Clinic’s analysis of Florida traffic enforcement data, law enforcement agencies in Duval County issued 125,390 traffic citations during 2025. That included 43,227 speeding citations and 2,908 DUI arrests, making traffic enforcement a significant issue for local motorists.
While overall traffic citations in Duval County have declined from their 2021 peak, more than 125,000 citations were still issued in 2025. Speeding remains one of the county’s most commonly enforced violations, with over 43,000 speeding tickets written last year alone. DUI enforcement has also remained consistently active, averaging nearly 2,900 arrests annually over the past seven years.
The Jacksonville office will represent drivers cited throughout Duval County, including Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Arlington, Riverside, Orange Park, and surrounding communities. In many routine traffic cases, attorneys may be able to appear in court on behalf of clients, helping minimize disruptions to work and daily life.
