Andres Wikl\u00f6f — one of Finland\u2019s richest men has received not 1, but 3 of the most pocket-stinging traffic tickets we’ve ever seen. In 2023, he received a \u20ac121,000 ticket that made headlines around the world doing 20 over the limit.
