S. Gold, Esq., founder of The Ticket

Ted
L Hollander, Esq., for years has
dedicated his career to the practice of

Hollander, a former public defender, has

Robert
Azcano, Esq., a former public defender
in the DUI division. Mr. Azcano has defended
hundreds of traffic offenses, suspended
license and DUI cases throughout the State
of Florida, from Dade to Volusia Counties.
He has years of experience solely in the

Jaime Zambrana, concentrates on the defense of D.U.I., suspended driver’s license and criminal
traffic cases. He was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 2001 and to the Florida Bar in 2004.
Since 2001 Mr. Zambrana has successfully defended D.U.I. and criminal cases in both state
and federal court. Since 2004 he has practiced in Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties focusing
mainly in the area of D.U.I. and traffic matters. His publications include “HIPPA, A New Weapon in
D.U.I. Cases”, published in the D.U.I. Journal of Law and Science. Mr. Zambrana has successfully
defended hundreds of D.U.I. cases including defendants charged with D.U.I. manslaughter. |

Lawrence M. Meltzer, was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000 and is the Firm’s lead trial attorney for
our Broward County clientele. Mr. Meltzer has been a key member of THE TICKET CLINIC’s D.U.I. Defense
Team and has taken over 150 trials through verdict both as an Assistant State Attorney and member of our
Firm. In his years with the Firm, Mr. Meltzer has done extensive research in the area of D.U.I. defense and
has drafted over 1,400 defensive motions and documents in support of our client’s freedom, ranging from
Motions to Suppress Unlawful Police Stops and Seizures to Motions to Exclude D.U.I. Chemical Samples
such as Breath Tests, Blood Tests and Urine Tests. Mr. Meltzer has been featured on NBC (TODAY show),
ABC,CBS and Fox News. |

Jeff Reynolds, Esq., who practices in our Tampa office, obtained his JD degree from Mercer University, after graduating college at the University of Georgia. After graduating law school, Mr. Reynolds began his legal career at the State Attorney’s office, in Hillsborough County. As a prosecutor, Mr. Reynolds handled well over a thousand traffic and misdemeanor cases, focusing mainly on the offense of DUI. Since joining The Ticket Clinic, a law firm Mr. Reynolds has continued his practice of the defense of DUI and all other traffic related crimes. |

Steven Bell, Esq., graduated from Nova Southeastern's law school, magna cum
laude, in the top 3% of his graduating class. While in law school he was
published in the Law Review and was awarded as a top 10 oral advocate.
After graduating, Mr. Bell worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward
County, handling all types of cases (misdemeanors (DUI), juvenile cases and
life felonies). Mr. Bell became a supervising attorney in that office after
only two years of employment. After leaving the Public Defender's office,
Mr. Bell operated his own private practice that concentrated on criminal
defense. Subsequently, Mr. Bell joined the Ticket Clinic, a law firm, where
he operates from the West Palm Beach office. Mr. Bell now practices in all
areas of criminal defense law, but focuses primarily on the defense of DUI
and other traffic related cases. Mr. Bell has handled hundreds of DUI
cases, consistently arguing Motions to Suppress/Dismiss and administrative
matters. Mr. Bell appears as lead counsel in DUI trials in Palm Beach
County, and for other criminal cases throughout the State of Florida. |

Joel Mumford, Esq, graduated with his J.D. degree from St. Thomas University. After graduation, Mr. Mumford returned to West Virginia where his law practice focused on insurance litigation and criminal defense. Next, Mr. Mumford returned to Florida, representing criminal defendants for the Broward County Public Defender’s office. There he handled more than 1400 cases, with charges ranging from DUI, Suspended License, drug possession and other criminal matters as well. Mr. Mumford represents the clients of The Ticket Clinic, a law firm, from our Osceola/Kissimmee office. |

Majid Vasigh, Esq. (Maj), has spent his entire legal career as a trial attorney practicing criminal and traffic defense. A graduate of the University of Florida’s law school, Maj began learning how to handle a criminal case as he worked as a research clerk for the Volusia County State Attorney’s Office. Since then, he has handled more than 2000 cases ranging from civil traffic violations and DUIs to complex Felony cases. Mr. Vasigh has been featured in the St. Petersburg Times and the Ask-a-Lawyer segment on Fox TV. Mr. Vasigh has represented clients in county and circuit courts across the State of Florida, and currently represents client of The Ticket Clinic, a law firm from our Tampa office. |

Stephen P. Smith, a former Assistant State Attorney experienced in over 100 jury trials ranging
from D.U.I. to murder. Mr. Smith is trained and certified as a law enforcement officer. He
has lectured for more than 2000 hours to law enforcement recruits on legal issues and the
importance of civil rights. He is a proficient speaker in Spanish after intense language studies
and living in South America. Additionally, Mr. Smith is a chair member of the Florida Bar Grievance
Committee. Mr. Smith is a graduate of Florida State University College of Law. Mr. Smith
handles all criminal cases for our Treasure Coast Clients. These cases range from the most
minor offenses through serious D.U.I. cases and all felony cases as well. |

Albert Pucylowski, Esq. works from of our Orlando office handling traffic and criminal matters in the Central Florida area. Prior to graduating law school at St. Mary’s College of Law, Albert worked as an Army Ranger. After graduating law school, Albert became an Assistant District Attorney in San Antonio Texas. Next, Albert returned to Florida focusing his law practice primarily on criminal law. Albert has handled many cases ranging from traffic, DUI, and other serious felonies in Texas and Florida. Since joining The Ticket Clinic, a law firm, Albert has been able to bring his legal knowledge and trial experience to the firm. |
